Customised plastic pipe extrusion line
The plastic pipe extrusion line uses a unique die and sizing sleeve design to produce PE/HDPE/PVC solid pipes in a continuous and stable manner. It is also commonly referred to as PE/PPR Pipe Extrusion Line and PVC/CPVC Pipe Extrusion Line. The PVC/CPVC The pipe extrusion line uses a conical twin-screw extruder. The PE/PPR pipe extrusion line uses a single-screw extruder structure. The pipes can be produced in diameters ranging from 16 mm to 400 mm. Before placing an order, please inform us of the corresponding pipe thickness, and we will customize the production of the corresponding die and extruder.
Types of Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line
Depending on the material of the extruder producing the solid pipe, we offer two types of pipe extrusion lines, which include PE/PPR Pipe Extrusion Line, PVC/CPVC Pipe Extrusion Line.
A .PE/PPR Pipe Extrusion Line
The PE/PPR Pipe Extrusion Line is designed with a single spiral bar structure, offering a total of 5 models with pipe diameters of 16-315 mm. Key components such as the spiral bar and the head are custom manufactured according to the characteristics of PE/PPR; the controller is frequency-controlled, the main motors are imported from abroad, and the forming tunnel is vacuum-formed. The whole production line is characterized by high efficiency, stable quality, and low errors. Because these pipes have good resistance to low temperature, cracking, corrosion, and non-toxicity, they are widely used in residential water supply systems, industrial water transport, compressed air transport, and more.

PVC/CPVC Pipe Extrusion Line
The double-wall corrugated pipe machine is mainly used to produce double-walled corrugated pipes. Due to their corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, flexibility, and other characteristics, these pipes are now widely used in applications such as drainage and permeability in highways, slopes, golf courses, and other heavy-load environments; municipal sewage systems; and communication and power supply cable conduits. The double-wall corrugated pipe production line features a double-layer spiral extrusion die head, and the forming machine operates under a vacuum environment, resulting in higher-quality pipe production. The line is equipped with an aluminum mold cooling system and a water condensation cooling system, significantly enhancing cooling efficiency. Additionally, it is combined with our self-developed corrugated pipe extrusion die. This corrugated pipe production line is characterized by high output and low energy consumption, and can be used for a wide range of diameters, from large to small sizes.

Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line components and processes
The Pipe Extrusion Line consists of a control system, extruder, head, melting system, cooling system, haul-off machine, feeding frame, cutting device and turning frame, which feeds the raw material into the raw material hopper, melts and heats the sections through the die, extrudes the pipe through the die, cools the pipe in the cooling chamber, transfers the pipe to the haul-off device, hauls the pipe out of the line and cuts it to the required length using the cutting machine. The pipe is then transferred to a haul-off device, where it is hauled out of the production line and cut to the required length using a cutting machine.
