Pp Hollow Sheet Extrusion Line is a patented product of our company. The product adopts a special screw design combined with a PLC control system to ensure good plasticizing effect, low defective rate and stable output. The die circulation mould runners are optimised by computer CAD design, which ensures a more uniform material flow rate and melt distribution, providing a guarantee for extruding high quality sheets. The PP corrugated board produced is also known as PP hollow board. It is widely used in the daily chemical products construction industry, decoration industry, packaging boxes for agricultural products, production crates and other industries. We produce products in widths of 1250-2800mm and thicknesses of 2mm-12mm, and we can also carry out custom designs if there are any additional requirements.
Pp Hollow Sheet Extrusion Line Composition
- Extruder: Two types of extruders are available: single screw extruder/co-extruder, with advanced screw structure and unique PLC control system.
- Die: Adopt high quality alloy stainless steel and specially designed throttling device to provide stable and uniform pressure to the material flow, combined with upper and lower die differential throttling to ensure consistent wall thickness on the line.
- Vacuum shaping table: contains two independent sub-systems, each equipped with an independent vacuum adjustment system and vacuum display system to ensure a stable and uniform vacuum on the surface of the sheet.
- Haul-off machine: The plate is drawn out of the vacuum shaping table in a stable and even manner and is equipped with an edge cutting device to ensure a smooth and flat plate.
- Corona machine: advanced large area conduction heating method, so that the sheet stress can be effectively eliminated, and further improve the straightness of the sheet.
- Cutting machine: Equipped with precise instantaneous fixed length cutting to achieve automatic cutting.
